Band Camp I

Middle school students (entering grades 7 and 8) are invited to participate in Band Camp I,hosted by the Mary Morgan Moore Department of Music .
This camp offers a great opportunity for students to improve playing skills during the summer and to give them an intense musical experience while allowing for a tremendous social development. A staff of outstanding band directors and private lesson teachers offer a variety of daily classes, including full band rehearsals, master classes, private lessons, electives, and daytime recreation. Evening recreation includes movies, games, talent show, and a dance. The camp culminates with a grand concert of bands, featuring all of the students of the camp. Students may either commute or live in Cardinal Village and eat in the Dining Hall.
Students may choose either residential or day camp. Cost is $375 (early registration by June 3) or $395 (after June 3) for the full resident tuition (includes tuition, room, meals and recreation), and $275 (by June 3)/$295 (after June 3) for commuter tuition (includes tuition and recreation).
