Lamar University’s Dishman Art Museum will host “A Common Thread,” in which 10 students fulfill their requirements for the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree by presenting their senior thesis projects Nov. 30 - Dec. 12. Light refreshments will be served at the opening reception from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30. Admission to the reception and the exhibition is free. The Dishman Art Museum is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and is located at 1030 East Lavaca, Beaumont, Texas. Free museum-dedicated parking is available in front of the Dishman during museum hours. |
